1. Profile and Personal Details
This video will cover how to login, locate your profile, add a profile picture and fill out your personal information. It is important to have your information up to date because reaching out to a client through go high level via email, your current email is required to send the email and having a photo of you gives the client a face to talk to.
2. Zoom and Google Integrations
This video will cover how to connect your zoom and integrate your google account. It is important to connect your zoom because clients booking appointments on the calendars will receive an email with your zoom link to attend the appointment. If your zoom is not connected there will not be a zoom link in the email and will cause confusion for the clients on where they are meeting. It is important to connect your google account because it will link your google calendar to your profile and any calendars you are assigned to. This will prevent double bookings and automatically update your google calendar with appointments through go high leve
3. Contacts and Left Sidebar
This video will cover how to locate contacts, view contact information, how to fill out discovery call information, program information, billing information, testing information, and progress information, how to view survey and questionnaire submissions, and add and remove tags. It is important to track client information and keep it up to date. This streamlines operations and ensures that important details are easily accessible when needed.

This video will cover contact activity such as opportunities and email or text conversations and right sidebar information such as tasks, notes, and appointments. This is important information because it will need to be referred to as the client moves through their program.

This video will cover how to view all calendars in go high level and the appointments on each calendar. This is important because it will allow you to view Dr Emi’s schedule when an appointment needs to be booked, book and track client appointments, as well as view your own calendar and appointments to plan and allocate your time effectively.

This video will cover the discovery call pipeline and the opportunities and stages within the pipeline. This is important because you will learn how to track discovery calls, leads and lead types, sales that have been closed or lost, update opportunities, and how automations work within the pipeline. All this information is important to track for sales and marketing. Lead tracking allows our team to work with critical data and analyze it to find out what drives the most conversions and what causes the most losses.
7. VBS Pipeline
This video will cover the VBS pipelines and how to track the clients journey through their program. It is important we track the customer through their program so we can keep clients organized, know where they are at in their program, what needs to be done to move the client to the next step.

This video will cover the renewal pipeline and which clients have graduated their programs. This information is important incase we would like to keep in contact with graduated clients or renew clients into new programs. Our goals in the future for these clients are to send surveys, create a community, and a postgraduate support system.

This video will cover more in depth information about opportunities within pipelines. It will go over searching for opportunities, opportunity details, opportunity shortcuts such as viewing and adding appointments, viewing tasks, and viewing notes. This information is important because it will allow you to use certain functions more efficiently and can view and add important client information without leaving the pipeline.

This video will cover automated emails, the triggers for sending emails, and what the email covers. This is important so we know what emails clients are receiving and when they are receiving them. This will save time, guarantee an email is sent, and improve the customer experience. It will also help scalability, efficiency, and reduce errors.
